Frequent questions
- A card came out wrong. Open the card and tap “Something off in this summary?” — tell us what exactly went wrong and we will fix it.
- Subscription and billing. HOLD Pro is billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel it in your device account settings: iOS — Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; Android — Play Store → Subscriptions.
- Restore purchases. Open the paywall in the app and tap “Restore”.
- Delete your account. In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. It removes your library and personal data permanently. Details: account deletion.
- We do not download videos. HOLD makes a summary; the original stays with its author.
